After settling in to the static caravan at Hemmingford Abbots we decide to go for a walk in Monkswood. Although too late in the year we followed the recommended Butterfly trail. Saw spurge laurel and a spindle tree heavily laden with berries. Even here there were plenty of dragonflies on the wing.
