Pentlands

Took the bus from Edinburgh to Silverburn. From here we walked into the Pentland Hills. Our first climb was up to Carnethy Hill. It was then it began to snow and a blow a gale. From here we walked along the ridge to Turnhouse Hill and down into Flotterstone. Here safely out of the wind we had a meal in the pub before catching the bus home
