White Cliffs, Dover

We woke to the sound of rain – the weather had changed. Visited the White Cliffs visitor centre where we watched the rain come down as well as the ferries leaving for France. Braved the rain and headed out on our walk along the cliffs to the lighthouse and back. Top plant had to be nottingham catchfly. On the way back stopped briefly at Lydden Temple Ewell to look for, unsuccessfully, Polygala calceola.
