Thorpeness

Parked at North Warren and followed the path over the reserve to Thorpeness. Saw a grass snake this time, as well as several marsh harriers, hobbies and a booming bittern. Walked past the 'house in the clouds' before ending up on the beach. The sun was very hot and Jane's face suffered. Had a quick cup of coffee beside The Mere before heading back along the haven, looking at the shingle beach plant specialists. Headed back to the campsite before driving to the pub at Great Glenham.
